Frequently Asked Questions

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you signed up. Charges continue automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Is there a trial?

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial. Trials may be temporarily unavailable during high-demand periods (e.g. reporting season).

Will I be billed during the trial?

No. Your card is only charged after the 14-day trial ends, unless you cancel before then. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. The subscription price listed on our site is the only amount you will be billed.

All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

Refund & Dispute Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, unused time, or downgrade credits. By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact our support team first. Stripe chargebacks are only appropriate if we fail to deliver the subscription you purchased. Filing false or fraudulent disputes may result in termination of your account.
